RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Conditions for changing a new product
MSI E-Store welcomes product exchange / return within 7 days from the date the customer receives the product in the following cases:
- If the company deliver wrong model, wrong color or wrong size to customer.
- The product is damaged or not usable. Which is a symptom of a manufacturing error only.
- The shop checks that the product has symptoms of damage. It is not practical.
Note : The company reserves the right to change a new product to the same model only. The original product returned must have all accessories. Product and box are in good condition only.
The company reserves the right not to exchange products that are in the following conditions:
- Defective, broken, broken, damaged, chipped, crooked, parts missing, scratches on the monitor or on the circuit board.
- Products damaged by natural disasters (such as falling, lightning, flood, fire)
- There is a condition caused by improper storage, such as rust stains, oxides stains, water stains, etc.
- Damage from improper repair or modification. Or problems that come from the installation of additional customer Hardware, Software Later, which is not compatible with the company's products.
- Products without packaging, sticker / serial number torn, accessories in the package are not complete.
- Damaged products due to misuse, such as having a breakdown or having side effects from mining crypto coins.
- Don't accept the exchange of products caused by dissatisfaction or caused by the customer's own mistake in any case.
How to submit a return claim

- If the employee inspects and finds that the product cannot actually be used and meet the conditions for changing products, the staff will change the new product that is the original model for the customer.
Customers can exchange the product for another model of the same price only or a more expensive one by adding the price difference.
Refund Policy
Speed Computer Co., Ltd. ("the Company") would like to inform the refund policy as an agreement and understanding about the purchase. The customer can request refunds only in the following situations:
- In the event that the Company unable to ship the product as ordered by the customer.
- If the company deliver products that do not match the agreed specifications (e.g. product specifications/images do not match, specifications, product images, or product prices are wrong, etc.) to customers.
Note :
- If you receive the product more than 7 days, the company reserves the right not to receive your return request.
- Product packaging must not be opened.
Refund Period
Note :
* If transferring money back to a bank account, the company reserves the right to submit the bank account number that the customer has transferred only.
* Paying by debit/credit card, the company reserves the right to return the credit limit with the info on the credit card must match the purchaser’s info used on the MSI online store only.
