TERMS OF DELIVERY AND SERVICE CHARGE

Shipping

Shipping cost according to the weight of the products.

Delivery Lead Time Delivery of products to customers quickly and in full service. From the day the customer has paid for the product or completed the order.

  • Bangkok : Period 1 – 3 Business days from the day the customer completes the order.
  • Upcountry : Period 2 – 4 Business days from the day the customer completes the order.

  • The time period may be lost if the customer does not answer the phone or cannot be reached, or there were unexpected events such as floods, protests, and various festivals.

In the event that the product is delivered late, the company will not be responsible. Due to:

  • The customer’s shipping information is incomplete, and the recipient cannot receive the goods.
