Onsite Service Period: The onsite service is valid for 1 year and can be used 2 times within the first year at no additional cost. After the service period, customers must bring their devices to the service center for warranty claims.
Service Area: Onsite service is available only within the Greater Bangkok area, including Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Samut Prakan, Nakhon Pathom (Nakhon Chai Si, Phutthamonthon, Sam Phran districts), Pathum Thani (Khlong Luang, Khlong Nueng, Khlong Song, Thanyaburi, Prachadipat, Bueng Yitho, Lam Lukka districts), and Samut Sakhon (Ban Phaeo, Krathum Baen districts).
Service Request: Onsite service requests can be made on business days, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, and Saturday, 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM. The issue will be resolved on the next business day, subject to appointment scheduling with the technician.
Unresolved Issues: If the technician is unable to resolve the issue on-site, the device will be taken to the service center for repair and returned within 15 business days (excluding holidays).
Service Scope: Onsite service is limited to hardware-related issues of the computer. It does not include software installation, modification, or updates.
